- Breakfast: We are happy to deliver our breakfast basket with regional delights to be enjoyed in your apartment. A charge of 15.00 € per person applies.
- Bread delivery service: Take your pick from a vast selection of organic bread from the Passeier Valley every day, and we will deliver it to your apartment freshly in the morning.
- Wheelchair-accessible: Three of our apartments are wheelchair-accessible: We are pleased to provide further information.
Included in the apartment rate:
- Bedlinen, towels, dishwasher and kitchen towels
- WLAN
- Fresh apples in the fruit bowl on your kitchen table
Information on the rates:
- Rate per apartment per day for 2 people. For every extra person we charge € 15.00 per day.
- Children up to 3 years stay for free. A surcharge of € 8.00 per day applies for children between 3 and 12 years of age.
- Final cleaning cost of € 20.00 per apartment.
- On request we also offer interim cleaning of your apartment. A charge of € 15.00 applies.
- The legal visitor’s tax of € 2.80 per person and day (from 14 years) is not included in the rate.

We continuously work to offer some specials, which you will soon see here. We want you to enjoy special adventures and holiday experiences in the Passeier Valley, which you can book together with your stay in our Residence. In the meantime, we are of course happy to give you personal excursion tips - the selection in the Passeier Valley is huge!
MeranCard
Our guests can look forward to a very special gift. They can get the MeranCard advantage card for their whole holiday for free.
The MeranCard contains various services which are available at no additional cost or at reduced prices:
- Use of all public transport throughout South Tyrol
- Free use of public cable cars in South Tyrol, including the cable cars to Vöran, Mölten, Jenesien, Meransen and Ritten as well as the funicular to the Mendel and Rittner trams. Private cable cars cannot be used with the MeranCard.
- One-time admission to around 80 museums throughout South Tyrol
