We have collected some information for your stay in our Residence in alphabetical order. If you have any questions, simply contact us. We will be pleased to answer them.
Arrival and departure: On the day of arrival the apartment is ready from 2 pm. We request that the apartments be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. In case of foreseeable changes to these times, we will strive to find an individual solution for you.
Bathroom amenities: Our modern bathrooms dispose of a window for daylight, WC, wash basin, shower, towel dryer and hairdryer. Soft towels are provided.
Balcony features: Our spacious balconies feature a dinging table with seats, 2 sun loungers, a parasol, and a small area for drying your clothes.
Wheelchair-accessible: Our house also features an elevator. Three of our nine apartments are mostly wheelchair-accessible. We are pleased to provide further information.
Bread delivery service: Take your pick from a vast selection of organic bread from the Passeier Valley every day, and we will deliver it to your apartment freshly in the morning.
Breakfast: We are happy to deliver our breakfast basket with regional delights to be enjoyed in your apartment. A charge of 10.00 € per person applies.
Common rooms: The Residence disposes of a common room with small library and outdoor lounge.
GuestCard: At your arrival you will receive the GuestCard for the Meraner Land holiday region to enjoy numerous price reductions and exclusive services in the surroundings.
Pets: Dogs are allowed in seven of the nine apartments. A surcharge of € 5.00 per day without dog food applies.
Kitchen features: Our quality kitchens dispose of fridge, cooker, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Cutlery, kitchen towels, salt and pepper are provided.
Visitor's tax: The legal visitor’s tax amounts to € 1.00 per person and day (from 14 years). The tax is not included in the rate.
Car park: On the car park right in front of the Residence you can park your car free of charge. Some parking spots are covered.
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in the rooms of the Residence and in the apartments. Please smoke on the balcony or in the outdoor areas of the Residence.
Reception: The Residence disposes of a reception with information brochures on your holiday destination. The Raffl family is always at your disposal for any questions you might have.
Safe: All apartments dispose of a built-in room safe.
Ski and luggage room: A room for storing your sports equipment is available.
Laundry: Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are included in the rate and available in your apartment. On request they will be changed during your stay.
Laundry service: For a fee and on agreement there is a washing machine and a tumble drier at your disposal. Iron and ironing board are at your disposal free of charge at any time.
WLAN: Free WLAN connection in the entire Residence.
Apartment features: All apartments dispose of a living area with sofa, shelves and flat-screen TV with satellite reception.
